Maintenance Mechanic

Overview

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of large manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate must have 3 to 5 years in maintenance experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Be able to tear down and rebuild clutches, gearboxes, spindles, hydraulic cylinders, pneumatics, HVAC, plumbing, air compressors, mills, lathes, gun drills, and multi spindle drills
  • Occasional work at various heights (up to 60 feet)
Job Requirements
  • Requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Knowledge of grinding and other air tool equipment
  • Ability to operate overhead cranes and hoists
  • Ability to communicate well and work well with fellow employees
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
