Tulsa Manufacturing Facility

Our 160,000 sq. ft. fabrication plant manufacturing facility is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Designed for efficient production and handling of large condenser assemblies, our facilities are accessible by both rail and truck. We are located 8 mles from the Port of Catoosa for easy access to barge transportation.

Our welders are qualified under ASME Section IX. Presently we hold the ASME Section VIII Division I & II “U”, “S” and “R” stamps. Our manufacturing facility is ISO9001 certified.

Our capabilities include:

  • Gun Drills - 4 Lahr CNC units
  • Multi-spindle Drilling Machines - 5 Moline CNC units (up to 41 spindles)
  • Horizontal Boring - 1 Union CNC unit
  • Vertical Boring - 6 CNC units
  • Radial Drills - 5 units
  • Burning Equipment
    • 1 ALLtra plasma cutting machine
    • 1 ESAB oxy fuel cutting machine
  • Tube Bending - 2 Pines bending machines
  • Rolls - 2 plate rollers
  • Heat Treating - 1 convection gas fired furnace
  • Shot Blast - 1 W.W. Sly Mfg. Co. shot blast booth (64’L x 12.5’W x 17’H)
  • Railroad and truck shipping facilities

SPX Heat Transfer also has the ability to subcontract work through its network of approved subcontractors to meet a specific requirement.
